Couples often feel "misunderstood" or "disconnected." I provide a safe space for both partners to feel heard, respected, and understood. I use an emotion-focused approach to couples therapy. We will work together to identify the underlying maladaptive cycles that may contribute to feelings of disconnection. I will provide strategies and facilitate in-session dialogues to interrupt these cycles and establish greater safety and communication within the relationship.
